Cancellation and Return
Glamzon believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- Orders will not be cancelled after dispatch.
- Products will be eligible for cancellation and replacement only in case of defect.
- No cancellation, no refund, no replacement, no return back will be accepted for imported products including women western dresses, one piece, tops.
In case of complaints regarding products, let us know we’ll help you regarding the same.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9406740490 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you without additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
After delivery of product, if you find any damage or default in products, please report to our support number or email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will replace your product or give you full refund. Complaints against damage or default will not be accepted within 48 hours of receiving products.
Products must be returned unused, and in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.
- Only Damaged products will be exchanged or qualify for Refund.
- We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
- We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at times of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if we believe there was any fault from our end.
When we received the product back to our warehouse,it will be sent for quality checking. Refunds process will be initiated, Once our quality checker team found that product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original packaging. The amount of the product will be credited to customer bank account. Please Note that Shipping charges and COD charges you paid are not refundable in any case. The refund process will be completed within 48 hrs from the time of refund initiation. In exceptional cases like products out of stock, refunds will be given to direct your bank account. For that refund process will initiate within 7 working days, then it will take more 7 to 10 days to complete the refund process as it depends on different banks.
